The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city, close to both the downtown area and the ferry terminal. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. the breakfast served each morning is tasty and well-presented.
Some guests have reported issues with the outdated furniture and amenities in the rooms, which may have impacted their overall experience.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Volos. We explored the beautiful beaches of Pelion and had a blast hiking through the stunning landscapes. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
The only thing we wished for was more nightlife options nearby. Being party-loving teenagers, we were craving some late-night fun, but the area seemed a bit quiet.

The room in which we stayed had a hole in the wall that was covered pretty poorly by plaster. The front desk was not particularly friendly nor helpful.

Location was ideal - for ferry port (literally 5 minutes walk), 2 Minutes from promenade / restaurants, adjoining main shopping area.
Breakfast weak, but probably in line with most hotel offerings in Greece. Lift very dated design, open front, dangerous for children (and probably no longer meets eu standards....

Not very much to like. 3 rooms booked for 4 people and the couple got the room with two singles pushed together and the other two had a double bed each! Very standard - don't expect luxury if you stay here!!!

It was ideally situated for ferries, ferry offices and restaurants. It was also fairly close to the train station.

Great mix of luxury and simplicity at this venue, right by the port. 🌟

Overall the experience was good. The location was excellent, right on the harbour. Lot of restaurants, cafes and shopping malls around. Staff was good and cooperative.
The problem i had was the absence of internet in the rooms and i had to come down in the lobby to work. Additionally, there was no control or rules for guests. The people staying on my floor kept on making loud noise till late (around 0300 in the morning).

The positive thing is that the location is great. The staff was not helpful and the installations of the bedroom were old and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also really poor and low quality. I wouldn/t recommend it.

I had a great stay at a centrally located hotel in Volos. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the shower was excellent. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, perfect. The hotel is just a short walk to the harbor, making it convenient for continuing my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
